Hi ALL,

The strike ended but not soon enough for the Christmas party at GRAND CENTRAL. Too bad for those who didn't show. There were 4 different (and I do mean different) bands and they were all on the mark. Everyone hung out for everyone else and everyone got ripped and had a GREAT time.

Saturday and Sunday KENN ROWELL and MARY BETH (the organizers of BLANKFEST) along with myself, RUBEM and some others whose names I can't remember (SORRY) went out and gave away over 600 blankets that were collected at BLANKFEST to the homeless on the streets of NYC. I had a GREAT time and so did RUBEN who was driving me along with KATIE, a stray cat in female form we found in a bar that night, all over as we gave out blankets. I know the others had fun too but I think we had more fun. THANK YOU to everyone involved in BLANKFEST. Come out next year and be part of it all.

Well, we have one more show to run for the year and that'll be this Thurs (12/29) at GRAND CENTRAL BAR. We have a killer line-up led by the COLD HAND COLLECTIVE, so come on down and join us. For the rest of the week - Friday I'm gonna go see PATTI SMITH for her birthday show and i'll ring out the old and ring in the new with THE leading NYC Rock'n'ROol band the SEX SLAVES at TRASH. Come join us for THE VERY BEST in NYC r'n'r. If not, I'll see ya next year!
