Hi All,

Hope you're handling this hot weather well. In my neighborhood, the fire hydrants are open and it's cool in the streets.

On the other hand the water pressure is low in my apartment because of the hydrants being open. You can't win!

Last Sunday at OTTO's we started off the night well with an acoustic rock version of SPAGHETTI EASTERN MUSIC and went into a short set by KADAFI(due to their taking a half hour to set up - you take your time, I'll take your time!). HUGHVANNA got things back on track with timely rock'n'roll. GIRL TO GORILLA kept up the pace as they continued their month long residency. THEY HATE US followed with some old fashioned punk rock and PROGRESSIVE DEMENTIA were their usual highly amusing selves. F.P. TOZ showed they can do it unplugged as well as plugged since the removal of the cancer. and KATSUNORI started off slow but kicked it up a few nothes to end a fun night.

This Friday I have a GREAT show at CONEY ISLAND. It'll be at CHA-CHA's on the BOARDWALK(at the end of Stillwell Ave. It will feature SEA MONSTER. These guys are AWESOME! You don't want to miss this show. They will be joined by the HUDSON DUSTERS led by WILD BILL THOMPSON(THE SENDERS) and also by DIRTY DICK, BLOOD FROM STONE and the girls from North Carolina are back - VIVA LA VENUS. Plus FREE fireworks in the middle of the show!

On Sunday at OTTO's we will have GIRL TO GORILLA along with more VIVA LA VENUS and alsothe return of the Greeks - MAGGES. This time they will be joined by the BellyDancing JAMEELA! We'll also have BLONDE & BLUE, CHRISTINE SMITH (ALOEWICIOUS), THE BAGHDADDIOS, SYSTUM and WILLIE BREEDING.

So Don't forget, FRIDAY NITE at CONEY ISLAND with SEA MONSTER!
