HI ALL,

I would like to wish everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

U would also like to thank everyone who helped make 2006 such a memorable one. The bands, the clubs, the fans and the friends, new and old. THANK YOU!

I have some new photos up on the photo page from THE BLUES DEVILS at the CUTTING ROOM, the OTTO's CHRISTMAS PARTY (12/17) and CHRISTMAS EVE at OTTO's. More are to come.

Also, this past Sunday was the annual GASS WILD's Birthday party at OTTO's and it was a BLAST! Starting with the BAGHDADDIOS and followed by the BLUE SHADOW DOGS (Mike Linn's band of seasoned r'n'r vets) leading to JYNX LYNX's solo performance it started off fast and furious. By the time BOBBY STEELE hit the stage it was packed and stayed that way. BOOBY did a bunch of old lounge covers and it showed what a great voice he has. Next up was 2 parts SHEWOLVES (Donna & TONY} and 1 part SCARED STIFFS (Chris) as the LUCKY STARS GONE WILD, and they did!

Then the birthday boy took the stage with his band THE LOVE PIRATES and they rocked as they always do. GASS appears to be fully recovered from his October hospital visit.

SASQUATCH & THE SICK-A-BILLYS drove 8 hours, in the rain, from PITTSBURG to get on stage within 20 minutes of their arrival and rocked the joint for an hour and a half. ACID RAYZ was next and continued with their fan winning ways.

WILD BILL THOMPSON (THE SENDERS) led the "SOFA KING" WILDE JAM and was joined by Susan Mitchell (ACID RAYZ) and (JOHN COLLINS). Even Morgan (SUPERVILLAIN) joined in the fun to close out the night.

We will now move on to the future.

On Friday, January 12 we will have a PUNK ROCK PARTY at DELANCEY BAR, with BLACKOUT SHOPPERS, F-UNITS, CIVIL WAR, HECTOR, CHESTY MALONE & the SLICE 'EM UPS, YO SCUNT! and INSANE FIGHT and DISTRACTION. It's only 5 Bucks! On a friday in NYC? It's the only place to be.

Then on Sunday, January 14 we have THE LOVE PIRATES continue their month long residency at OTTO's SHRUNKEN HEAD. They'll be joined by DEEK JENKINS,JOE BENDIK, BATZ, THE BCP, SWAMI, COLD FLAVOR REPAIR and TANYA TRUE. And WILD BILL will return with Susan and JOHN to lead the "SOFA KING" WILDE JAM.

Well when I get those pics from GASS's birthday I'll put them up.
